Mrs. Howard’s Flex students researched the Aberfan Disaster in Aberfan Wales. They were able to connect with one of only three survivors of the disaster. Gaynor Medgwick joined our students via Google Meet. They prepared amazing questions and had an awesome dialogue with her.

Girls A lost 40-31 in the 1/4finals to Sanborn. We split the reg season series and handed Sanborn 1 of their 2 losses. After a slow start, we made a run and cut the lead to 2 before they hit a few shots and put the game out of reach.

Boy's A bball team beat Sanborn bouncing back from a 17 point deficit in the 3rd qtr to secure the win. They cut the lead to 8 on the fine shooting of LJ + Trevor. In the 4th they completely shut down a Sanborn offense and held them to 3 pts while scoring 17 to secure the win.
